1. Cyber Incident Reporting System (CIRS): Modernizes and extends multi-channel cyber incident intake (Web Progressive Web App, Native Android, and Native iOS), multi-tiered validation, geographic dispatch, agency escalation, automated BTRC hand-off, and AI/NLP-powered intelligence, fact-checking, and conversational chatbot layer. 2. National ICT & Cyber Security Rating System (NRS): Operationalizes a national maturity framework across public, private, and NGO sectors over four core pillars (IT & Information Security Governance, Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity & Data Protection, and Digital Service & User Maturity) following the Register Assess Improve lifecycle. The NRS shall also include an AI-powered bilingual conversational chatbot to assist organizations, assessors, and authorized users with assessment procedures, evidence submission, control interpretation, gap analysis, remediation guidance, and system navigation.
